-facility was very busy at time of inspection - good cooperation from staff - thanks!
-walk-in cooler <4C and well organized - raw meats separate form cooked foods and vegetables - good!
-hot holding - chicken, bacon, chili >60C - good!
-good organization throughout food prep area.
