All items from the previous inspection report have been addressed except for sanitizing buckets: the bucket under the server station did not have a measurable concentration of sanitizer and there were no buckets in the back prep area or front kitchen area. Ensure that all work spaces are equipped with sanitizing buckets and that there are test strips available on site for staff to check the concentrations. If using quatz, the concentration must be at least 200ppm.
