Areas noted during inspection: 1. All cooler, freezer and hot-holding temperatures are satisfactory. 2. Dishwasher temperature is sufficient to sanitize equipment and utensils. 3. Handwash station is properly stocked and accessible. 4. Quat sanitizer spray bottle available for sanitizing counters. 5. General cleanliness is satisfactory - continue routine cleaning of areas such as cooler doors and under equipment. 6. Continue to monitor the cooling of soups and sauces to ensure that the products do not remain in the danger zone for prolonged periods.
