A stainless steel back splash was installed next to the dishwasher.
The black splash behind the prep sink has been sealed to the wall with caulking.
All baseboards are sealed to the wall with caulking.
All hand washing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers.
All construction equipment has been removed from the premise.
Last outstanding item is to install a mop sink by April 15, 2010.
