Also consider replacing the lines on the backup glasswasher as they appear to be very stiff and may crack soon. |

Corrective Action: Either repair the sensor so it shows the proper temperature of the dishwasher rinse cycle or provide an alternate means of measuring this, such as wax temperature strips that indicate that the rinse cycle is working correctly. |
Comments:
Temperature logs are well maintained for the facility. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection (i.e. coolers, freezers and dishwasher rinse temp). Premises is generally well maintained. Flooring shows some signs of wear but is refinished at a regular interval currently refinishing is not required. Dry storage area above the walk in cooler is finished with easily cleanable materials as per previous inspection
