113	Improper Sanitary Facilities Observation: The hand washing station on the bar has no paper towel available. The cold water on the hand washing station has been turned off because of a leak. Corrective Action: All the hand washing stations must be provided with the single use paper towel dispensers as soon as possible. All the hand washing stations must have hot and cold running water.
116	Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: a)There is a water leakage behind the dishwasher.b) Soda/pop dispensers nozzle holders are in need of cleaning. Corrective Action: a)The leakage behind the dishwasher must be fixed within 4 weeks of this inspection.b) Soda/pop dispenser holders and nozzles should be cleaned more frequently.

Comments:

No food expect the drinks is served out of this facility. The low temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at > 50 ppm chlorine concentration.
