Observation: A general cleaning is required in the kitchen area including floors, under kitchen equipment, and cooler doors/handles.
Corrective Action: This should now be completed.

Comments:

Hot holding units are maintaining foods at >60C - good.
Food handling observed during time of inspection - no concerns at this time.
Refrigerated storage is holding foods at temperatures slightly higher than 4C, however these foods are turned over at least every 2 hours. Continue to monitor this closely ensuring that no foods are kept above 4C for longer than 2 hours.
No concerns with dishwashing and sanitization at this time.
Hand wash stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towel - good.
