| Steps Taken to Remedy: Attempted to contact the operator regarding the recent unsatisfactory water sample results was only able to leave a voicemail. An email will also be sent to the operator outlining how to operate the facility’s food facility under a BWN. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: Consultation with an Environmental Health Officer is required. Operator needs to determine if the treatment system is operational and make necessary repairs as needed. At least two satisfactory samples, taken more than 24 hours apart, needs to be provided to Northern Health. Operator will also need to provide public notice to all appropriate parties of the Boil Water Notice, as well as place signs on all publicly accessible taps. |
