	Underlying Problems: -Chemical water report shows a manganese level of 0.148 ppm. The results exceed the Canadian Drinking Water Guideline’s Maximum Allowable Concentration (MAC) of 0.12 ppm. - No treatment on the system for manganese - Advisory notice was reviewed and was to be issued on September 20, 2022 by the owner, but was not distributed until October 19 2022 by the camp management.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: -Operator has been contacted and made aware of the situation. They are preparing a draft letter for Northern Health review before distribution. -Notified all the water users of the higher manganese level and water quality advisory
	Corrective Actions Remaining: -Provide the users with educational materials and resources -Determine a plan of action and work with Northern Health on the institution of treatment to lower levels below the Maximum Allowable Concentration (0.12mg/L) as prescribed by the Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines
