	Underlying Problems: · Unsatisfactory bacteriological water results. 27 total coliforms were identified from the Harmony trailer parks #10 trailer.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: Water users to be informed of the Boil Water Notice.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: - An up-to-date Emergency Response and Contingency Plan must be provided to Northern Health for review and approval. - A Construction Permit Application must be submitted to, and approval granted by, Northern Health's Public Health Engineering department regarding the current status of the drinking water system, including the intake, treatment, storage, and distribution components of the system. - Raw water chemistry sample results from a CALA accredited laboratory must be provided to Northern Health as part of the Construction Permit Application. - Removal of the Boil Water Notice will be considered when two consecutive samples, taken a minimum of 24 hours apart, are absent from total coliforms and E. coli.
