This facility is currently under a Boil Water Notice

	Underlying Problems: Unacceptable microbiological water quality results along with inability to consult operator about the functionality of the treatment system.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: Attempted to contact the operator regarding the recent unsatisfactory water sample results was only able to leave a voicemail. An email will also be sent to the operator outlining how to operate the facility’s food facility under a BWN.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: Consultation with an Environmental Health Officer is required. At least two satisfactory samples, taken more than 24 hours apart, from the site “Kitchen Sink – after filter”, needs to be provided to Northern Health. Emergency Response Plan needs to be prepared and approved by Northern Health. Operator will also need to provide public notice to all appropriate parties of the Boil Water Notice, as well as place signs on all publicly accessible taps.
