	Underlying Problems: This time of year, there are less staff onsite using the water. The lines may have not been flushed long enough before taking the water sample. The well and distribution lines have not been shocked or disinfected in over 10 years.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: Boil Water Notice was issued. Users have been notified by the operator of the current situation. Facility does not use water for drinking purposes. Facility currently has “do not drink” signs located at all taps. Bottled water is provided for all users.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: 1) Shock and flush water system 2) Submit 2 sets of satisfactory water sample 24 hours apart for all sampling sites
