| 313 | Inadequate treatment Observation: UV system was not connected to power. The operator tried to connect the UV system however the alarm was making constant beeping noise. Corrective Action: Operator stated that they will contact the plumber to see what they can do with the system. Operator was not aware of the procedures of how to operate the system since the school board closed down the elementary school in 2010. Follow up with the operator will be conducted on Sep 2, 2019. |
