Corrective Action: Ensure that bacteriological sampling frequency is consistent, once every three months for your facility. Requisitions have been sent to the operator with this inspection report.

Observation: No chemical sampling data available on file at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action: Submit water chemistry data once every five years.

Observation: At the time of the inspection no water operator training certification was observed. Water operator must have adequate training a BC Small Water System Training that is registered with Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP).
Corrective Action: Ensure that the Water System Operator undertakes the BC Small Water System Training that is registered with Environmental Operators Certification Program and send a copy of the certificate to Northern Health.
