| 320 | Other (specify below) Observation: At time of inspection, the UV in use indicated low UV intensity and the other unit indicated the lamp light is exceeded, indicating the units were not functioning as required. UV should function as required for proper disinfection of the water. Corrective Action: Operator is aware to monitor and change UV bulbs as needed. Also, sleeves need to be cleaned so UV light is not blocked. Operator is aware to send me a photo of UV once the bulb has been replaced and sleeves cleaned. |
