Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Measuring scoops were found in the vinegar solution and tempera yams were found at room temperature.
Corrective Action: Ensure all hazardous foods are stored under 4C and food equipment is stored outside of the food.
306 Repeat Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Some of the floor tiles re no longer cleanable. The back entrance appears to allow air and pests into the facility.
Corrective Action: Ensure all surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable.
