Observation: The health permit was not posted in a conspicuous location. Operator agreed to locate or replace the missing document.
Corrective Action: Locate/Replace the health permit and post it in a conspicuous location where it is visible to the public in order to meet Food Premises regulatory requirements.
305 Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Observed multiple open grease buckets and greasy equipment left near the back door of the facility. The facility back door had a 1/4-inch gap underneath that can facilitate the entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests within the facility.
Corrective Action: Remove the grease buckets. Clean/remove the grease covered equipment stored by the back door. Cover/seal the back door 1/4-inch gap.
401Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing. The hand-washing station near the front customer take-in was not stocked with paper towels.
Corrective Action: Ensure all hand wash stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towel to facilitate proper hand-washing.
