108 | Critical Repeat Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils Observation: Chlorine readings in glasswasher were non-detectable on both the staff's test strips and mine (for both wash and rinse spray zones). Testing mix solution detected some chlorine presense - why isn't it getting onto glasses? Corrective Action: Call me with answer immediately, meanwhile add extra chlorine to reservoir. Also although C1 is being tested/recorded - can the measurements be acepted as accurate when staff records levels I cannot detect? |
