Observation: Basement area is full of unused equipment and miscellaneous items that may be contributing to pest activity. Mice may be finding areas to harbor within the equipment, presenting a hazard for potential foodborne illness due to contamination of food and food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action: The basement area is to be cleared from unused equipment.
