Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Cooked beef in original vacuum seal packaging found by walk-in freezer in a bucket at 8°C. Room temperatures may allow pathogens to grow and potentially cause foodborne illnesses when consumed.
Corrective Action: Beef was immediately moved to the fridge during the inspection as it has been there for less than two hours.
