Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Meat products were identified to be thawed in room temperature in orginial packaging. Instructions were given on site to move the potentially hazardous food into the walk in cooler immediately. Education was provided on site regarding proper procedures of thawing meat products. Operator was observed to relay instructions to staffs during on site inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure meat products and potentially hazardous food are thawed in the walk in cooler or under potable running water in orginal packaging.
