Observation: Tight-fitting lids were missing for some dry storage bins and for some food containers in the coolers.
Corrective Action: Ensure food is stored in containers with tight-fitting lids for protection from contamination.
115 Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Kitchen back door was open. Operator informed that a screen door will be installed.
Corrective Action: Ensure back door is closed at all times until a screen door is installed.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths were stored in 200ppm bleach solution for front service, however, they were not for the ktichen.
Corrective Action: Ensure wiping cloths are stored in 200ppm bleach solution.
