Observation: Inserts for meats and cheese measured 10ºC even after filling in gap between insert containers.
Corrective Action: Repair cooler. Meats and cheese were recently replenished after lunch rush (in this cooler for <2hrs). Store items on ice bath and discard food if not used in two hours. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4ºC or less.

Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Handwashing station had empty sauce bottles in the sink.
Corrective Action: Ensure handwashing stations are not obstructed and do not have items stored in the sinks
