Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Staff had coughed into hand and had blown nose into tissue without subsequently washing hands.
Corrective Action: Wash hands with soap and warm water after sneezing or coughing.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Handwashing station by preparation by table was missing paper towels.
Corrective Action: Ensure all handwashing stations are supplied with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water at all times.
