Operator stated no food would be held in containers not suitable for food storage in the future. Corrective Action: Food products were discarded at time of inspection. Any food to be stored must be kept in containers suitable for storage of food. Please review all containers in the facility and make these changes immediately. Look to ensure any other container is Food Grade and is smooth, easy to clean, non toxic and undamaged for the purpose of food storage. |
