116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Handwash station in the hall way has been retrofitted with a hose for filling up water jugs - this is not the intended purpose of this equipment, and it does not facilitate employees to wash hands frequently. Handwashing is an important step in the prevention of food borne illness.
Corrective Action: Restore the function of the handwashing station by removing the permanent connect at the faucet and the hose and/or create a new water fill up station.
