Observation: Front cooler displaying temperature at 10°C. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4°C or less at all time. Since the temperature was ok overnight, allowed the operator to move the foods to the back walk in cooler. (Inspection done in the moving)
Corrective Action: Please adust the temperature immediately. Do not use this cooler until the temperature has gone to 4°C. Follow up inspection needed.
