Observation: Hand wash station at front area blocked. Blocking hand wash stations will deter employees from washing their hands and contaminated hands may spread pathogens and cause human illness.
Corrective Action: Do not block access to hand wash stations.

Observation: Hose dangling below mopsink floodline. Backflow may allow for contamination of the potable water supply. Remove hose end from below mopsink floodline.
Corrective Action: The agreed method was cutting the hoses (they can also be held above by a hook). This can be completed in a week's time.

Observation: Moisture and pooling water in electrical room and grease on the floor. Food debris and moisture an attract pests which carry pathogens that can cause foodborne illness.
Corrective Action: Clean up water and grease immediately and clean all areas regularly.
