Observation: Mould growth on the inside of ice cooler. Ice scoop store improperly inside the machine.
Corrective Action: Please clean the entire ice cooler by throwing out the ice and sanitizing the inside with diluted bleach solution. Do not store the scoop inside the machine - the handle can contaminate the clean ice - use a washable container above the machine instead.

Observation: High touch surfaces (such as the handle of the under counter fridge) and flooring not thoroughly washed down daily - greasy and accumulation of food crumbs along equipment throughout kitchen. Proper cleaning of all surfaces are required in a food establishment to minimize pest attractants and eliminate food contamination concerns.
