Observation: Foods were left uncovered, open and stored on the ground to contamination. (Public Health significance) - Contamination of food from contact with objects, people, pests or chemicals can cause serious illness.
Corrective Action: Cover or otherwise protect all foods from airborne contaminants, drips from raw foods, and contact with objects and staff. Action was corrected on site
108Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: No Sanitizer was detected in the glass washer. Iodine was used as the sanitizer. A chemical dishwasher must have the appropriate amount of sanitizer to disinfect the utensils
Corrective Action: Please have the glass washer checked immediately. In the mean time, use the dishwasher in the kitchen for cleaning glasses

Observation: Food debris and grease were found underneath the cooking station. A sanitary kitchen must be maintained to prevent cross contamination and pests attraction
Corrective Action: Please have the described area cleaned over the weekend.
