Observation: Spring rolls were observed to be on a food cart. This is not a proper food contact surface and could contaminate food.
Corrective Action: Please make sure all foods are kept on a tray or other proper food contact surface.
108Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: Larger items were being washed and rinsed, but not sanitized.
Corrective Action: Please ensure that the sanitization step is being completed. You can do this by putting items through the dishwasher after washing and rinsing.
110 Food Not Protected - General
Observation: A tin can was being used as a scoop for dry rice. Rice can become unintentionally contaminated by hand contact with the can.
Corrective Action: Please ensure a scoop with an outward facing handle is being used to prevent contamination of the rice.
