Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Some foods in the prep cooler are held outside the cooling range and are not able to stay below 4C.
Corrective Action: Do not over stack the foods. Keep the foods thin in the inserts so that they can stay below 4C. Foods have been rearranged and issue has been resolved

Observation: General cleaning is required. Especially the floors and hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action: Please ensure a thorough cleaning tonight and follow a good regular schedule.
