Observation: Operator is mixing soap, chlorine and Quats together to sanitize surfaces. This is not an effective method of disinfection. Bucket for kitchen area measured 0ppm chlorine and Quats.
Corrective Action: Use only one of either chlorine at 100ppm or Quats of 200ppm to sanitize surfaces. Soap is not a disinfectant.
