111 Poor Hygiene and Activities of Food Handlers
Observation: During inspection, several examples of improper glove and handwashing practices observed. Examples: hands not being washed between change of gloves; hands not being washed after switching from cash duties to sandwich station; employee starting shift without washing hands properly using hand soap (hands were only wetted under water).
Corrective Action: Immediately address and correct poor handwashing practices.
