Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) One chemical bottle (WD 40) is stored on a shelf above food prep area (back part of kitchen (above rice cooker).
Corrective Action: All chemicals must be stored below food and food prep surfaces. Corrected during inspection.

Observation: There is heavy dust and grease build up on ceilings of kitchen throughout, not all food storage ails are stored protected and not all food is covered at all times, therefore there is potential for contamination.
Corrective Action: Please clean heavy dust and grease build up on ceilings.

Observation: Flooring (edge of tile and carpet) below ice cream machine area is dirty.
Corrective Action: Recommend keeping this clean.

Observation: Several of the floors and walls in the kitchen have heavy dirt and grease build up. These areas must be kept clean so that food handler hands are not contaminated when they touch cooler doors and handles. The floors must be kept clean to keep pests away.
Corrective Action: Frequently touched surfaces must be kept clean.

Observation: Many light covers are missing throughout kitchen, this may cause a contamination risk if a light bursts or breaks.
Corrective Action: Please replace any missing light covers.
