Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Mimi cooler containing re:filled mayo and other sauces. Temperature is at 8.3°. This is a health hazard since potentially hazardous food such as mayo are prone to pathogen growth due to temperature abuse.
Corrective Action: please endure the food is stored at <4° Action: told the staff to move the sauces into the walk-in cooler. Action is corrected on site. The cooler is adjusted to reduce the temperature.
