Observation: The quats sanitizer pails (red, Tim Horton's serve line) do not have sufficient quats concentration (at least 200ppm).
Corrective Action: Please adjust or renew solution more frequently.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: The dry storage bins located in the Tim Horton's portion of main kitchen have the scoops stored in the food within bin.
Corrective Action: Scoops should be stored separate to avoid hand or handle contact with the food. This may be a main kitchen item.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Air vent on ceiling in kitchen area has some dust build up.
