Observation: Staff washroom door in kitchen is left open at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Recommend to install self-closing mechanism for door. Maintain door closed at all times.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: A rag is left in the hand wash sink.
Corrective Action: The hand wash sinks are to be free of clutter and made accessible at all times. This is corrected at time of inspection.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Lids are not being used to cover food inserts on prep-line.
