Observation: Walk-in cooler was shut-off and being repaired at the time of inspection. Temperature was at about 20°C. All food items that are perishable were discarded.
Corrective Action: Cooler was repaired during the course of the inspection and new supplies were brought from other Subway's

Observation: Front cooler is malfunctioning and food items are being iced.
Corrective Action: Cooler needs replacement as parts unavailable. Only vegetable items and sauces are kept in broken cooler until replacement.
