Observation: Sanitizing spray solution was not available to staff. This can lead to inadequate sanitation of food contact surfaces and potentially increase the risk of cross contaminating food.
Corrective Action: Ensure sanitizing spray bottle is available with 200ppm quats or use a bucket with adequate sanitizing solution. Monitor using test strips.
