Observation: Some containers of food in walk-in cooler not covered.
Corrective Action: Recommend all foods be covered and ceiling kept clean (no dust).
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: 1. General sanitation in public areas (dining and bathrooms) needs some work. There is some food splattered on the walls and cabinets in some areas (buffet, hall to bathrooms). The bathroom surfaces have some build up of dirt. 2. There have been some improvements to dust and grease build up on walls and ceilings of kitchen, however, there continues to be significant build up. 3. Frequently touched surfaces (doors, switches) are dirty.
Corrective Action: 1. Update sanitation plan/cleaning schedule so all areas of establishment are cleaned at a higher frequency. 2. Update sanitation plan/cleaning schedule so all areas of establishment are cleaned at a higher frequency. 3. These surfaces need frequent washing.
