Observation: Some containers of food not covered in freezer. These were of particular concern as they were on lowest wire shelf in freezer.
Corrective Action: Keep all foods covered during storage.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: There is dirt and dust accumulation on ceiling. This may fall and contaminate food and/or food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action: Clean more frequent as per sanitation plan. Frequently touched areas (door handles for coolers) are dirty. Please keep clean.
