Corrective Action: Lower to below 40°F immediately. (keep lid closed more, smaller volumes stored and more frequent filling.) Residence time is normally minimal.

Observation: Coffee milk containers kept in water bath. (Ice melted long ago.)
Corrective Action: Keep ice present to be effective.
