Observation: Some partially cooked food is left out for the 4 hour lunch rush and when returned to cooler is 14°C.
Corrective Action: Discard the chicken and dragon rolls immediately. Done during the inspection. Remove smaller amounts of food from cooler during lunch rush to ensure food is kept < 4°C. Discard food after the rush if temperature cannot be controlled.
110 Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Coconut milk is stored in the can.
Corrective Action: Store in a glass or plastic container after opening. Begin immediately. Done during inspection.
