Observation: Reheating temps° for Taco Bell foods is monitored, however no records. Hot holding temps° must also be monitored for all hot holding. Apparently chicken hot holding is done? No temp° logs to prove.
Corrective Action: Temp° logs° must be kept for cooking, reheating, hot holding and cooling, which are all critical control points.
113 Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Not one of the commercial soap dispensers is being used. They are both empty with no refills.
Corrective Action: The use of domestic containers on the sinks is not acceptable in a food service establishment.

Observation: Box of stuff under the front hand wash sink.
Corrective Action: Remove the box of "stuff" under the front hand wash sink.
