108Critical Repeat Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: Several tests of sanitizer showed very low levels of 10-20 ppm of chlorine. (Both our test strips). After emptying reservoir and refilling the concentration is initially good (over 100ppm). The glasswasher seems to be overly diluting this mix.
Corrective Action: Until fixing the problem please drain tank as many times as needed per day and refill. Keep records of tests and drain times every 2 hours to ensure glasses disinfected between use by different customers. If reliable and consistent levels are unachieveable use dishwasher instead or purchase new unit.
