Observation: Vacuum breaker not in place.
Corrective Action: Install immediately.
116 Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: 1. Shop area needs separation from food prep. 2. Laundry area should be separated also.
Corrective Action: 1. Immediately. 2. Provide long term plans for doing so.
117 Repeat Food Handler Training
Observation: Glasswasher has no sanitizer or chstem of checking/recording.
Corrective Action: Fix machine and start testing immediately. Meanwhile use dishwasher or handfill reservoir tank as frequently as testing shows needed. KEEP records.
