Observation: Draft beer lines need cleaning (some on inside, some outside).
Corrective Action: Clean immediately. General cleaning/finishing needed on floors/walls.
112 Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: Vacuum breaker or backflow preventer is missing on mop sink hose downstairs.
Corrective Action: Install this month.
116 Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: 1. Cooler walls/shelves are rusty & rough. Food Storage. Floor worn through. 2. Shop & storage room needs to be separated from food prep downstairs.
Corrective Action: 1. Refinish to make cleanable with 3-6 months. Store food 6 inches off of floor. Refinish within 6 months. 2. Use wall etc. within 3 months.
117 Food Handler Training
Observation: 1. Glasswasher doesn't have test records or test strips. 2. Draino is stored inside cabinet for glasswasher reservoir.
Corrective Action: 1. Obtain immediately, start testing, keep records. 2. Remove immediately. Done during inspection.
