116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Sandwich cutting boards are getting grooved and not all food debris is getting cleaned out and discoloring.
Corrective Action: Resurface, flip over - to enable existing cleaning to be more effective - immediately.
117 Food Handler Training
Observation: Crate of 250ml milk cartons had best before date of April 27/06. It isn't marked, separated, and prevented from being used.
Corrective Action: A system is needed to be put in place. Fax (565-2144) written plan to my office within week. Thrown out - Done!
