Observation: No chlorine detectable in dishwasher. (Temp approximately 54 degrees C). After sevetral attempts chlorine level @ 10 ppm.
Corrective Action: Owner phoned Midway rep. (pump problems). Corrected during inspection.
116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Filthy air return grills in kitchen - covered in black dust and mould. Grill hood. Food residue accumulated behind deep fryer and wok grill. Floor requires cleaning. Very dirty under wok grill.
Corrective Action: Please clean as soon as possible. Requires de-greasing. Clean, please.
